| |  | | | Wynn Resorts planning $1.5B expansion for Las Vegas Strip Property | | Goodbye golf course, hello Paradise Park! A 38-acre lagoon where guests can water ski, paddle board and parasail right in the middle of the Strip. The Wynn Resorts will also add 260,000 sq. ft of meeting space and guest suites. This will be built on the 130 acre 18 hole Wynn golf club. Work will begin later this year for this $1.5B project that is set to open in 2020.
The continuous reinventing of attractions and entertainment around Las Vegas certainly contributes to the increase of visitors to Las Vegas year after year. |

| |  | | | Raiders owner willing to spend $500M on move to Las Vegas | | Oakland Raiders owner Mark Davis said he was serious about moving his team to Las Vegas and offered a $500M pledge for a proposed $1.4B, 65,000- seat domed football stadium. The stadium would be paid for with $750M in public money and $650M in private funds.
The 42-acre site at Tropicana Avenue & Koval Lane, owned by UNLV is the potential location of the new stadium.
