| The construction and remodeling continue at the Palms Hotel and Casino. This time the company will be focusing on the pool area and the former Rain nightclub.
The proposed upgrade includes a Strip-style, separate exterior entrance and drop off plaza that no longer requires guests to enter through the casino, extending the pool deck out toward the street, a reworking of the spa areas to enhance both levels and moving the bungalows into a position that can be seen by both pedestrians and motorists. The parking garage will be painted in matching colors to help blend in with the new look. The Brenden Movie Theater will also be renovating by adding reclining chairs.
