| A new report from Zillow, shows a steady climb of US home values with Las Vegas ahead of the national average. The US national median price was $192,500. The Las Vegas median price was $213,700, up 9.6% from 2015.
The housing market has settled into a stable condition characterized by a healthy balance between supply and demand. Growth in population and employment support demand.

| Hotel: Wynn Las Vegas $1.5B expansion. Wynn will be adding more than 80,000 square feet of shopping, dining, nightlife, 1,000 hotel rooms and 38-acre lagoon. The Wynn Paradise Park would be built on the 130-acre, 180-hole golf club.
Shows: Backstreet Boys will take up residency at Planet Hollywood starting March 2017.
Magic Mike Live, produced by Channing Tatum will also debut at Hard Rock Hotel March 2017.
Restaurant: Celebrity Chef Robert Irvine, host of Food Network’s Restaurant: Impossible, will bring his all new American-inspired restaurant to Las Vegas. Teaming up with Tropicana Hotel, the restaurant is slated to open in 2017. |
