| Changes coming to the Las Vegas Strip in 2016 |
| 1. The new Las Vegas Arena - set to open in April behind the Monte Carlo and New York-New York resorts. The venue will hold 20,000 people making it the largest indoor arena in Vegas with 50 luxury suites.
2. Monte Carlo Theater & Park - a new mid-sized concert venue designed to compete with the Colosseum at Caesars Palace. There will also be an outdoor park offering shops and restaurants between the new theater and arena.
3. Goodbye Riviera Hotel & Casino - one of the last classic resorts still on the Strip will be replaced by a Convention Center.
4. Intrigue Nightclub at Wynn - after 10 years, Tryst nightclub will be replaced by the newly renovated Intrigue nightclub.
5. Budweiser Beer Park - taking up residence on the rooftop of the Paris resort next to Chateau nightclub overlooking the Bellagio fountains. The venue will feature more than 100 beers to choose from.
6. Renovation of the Roman Tower - Caesars Palace will spend $75 million renovating more than 580 rooms and renaming it Julius Tower. We can't wait to see this new modern tower at Caesars Palace.
7. The Avengers and Transformers invade Las Vegas - The retail space above the CVS at Treasure Island will be taken up by new interactive exhibits based on your favorite superheroes which is scheduled to open in the spring.
8. Jewel Nightclub at Aria - The multi-level venue will hold nearly 2,000 people and promises cool stuff like dual-sided LED video screens and private suites above the dance floor that come with their own entrances.
9. The Lucky Dragon Hotel - a new Asian-themed resort under construction near the intersection of Sahara and Las Vegas Blvd.
10. SPEEDVEGAS - a 100-acre driving complex that will include 1.5 mile track with 12 challenging turns, 15 degree banking, 60 ft of total elevation and a half-mile straightaway. Located south of the Las Vegas Blvd towards the M Casino.

| Changes coming to Nevada in 2016 |
| Elon Musk’s Hyperloop Will Be Built in North Las Vegas - Hyperloop Technologies announced that it will build a test track in Las Vegas for the new technology, which would transport passengers through vacuum tubes at speeds up to 750 miles per hour using solar power.
The hyperloop startup eventually wants to build a route between Las Vegas and Los Angeles, with plans to initially transport cargo, then human beings later on. Testing at a Las Vegas industrial park as soon as the first quarter of 2016.

Faraday Future, Electric Car Maker, Plans a Nevada Factory - Faraday Future, an electric car company backed by a Chinese entrepreneur, said on Thursday it would invest $1 billion to build a 900-acre factory in a suburb of Las Vegas.
The company, which intends to compete with Tesla Motors but has not yet unveiled a product, said the plant in North Las Vegas would bring 4,500 jobs to the state.
